patch 8.1.0220: Ruby converts v:true and v:false to a numberv8.1.0220
Problem: Ruby converts v:true and v:false to a number.
Solution: Use Qtrue and Qfalse instead. (Masataka Pocke Kuwabara,
closes #3259)
