Problem:
- `syn region ...`s in syntax/mysql.vim match function names inaccurately.
- no syntax rules for mysql window function.
- coarse highlight definition in syntax/mysql.vim.
Solution:
- add `\<` before the function name for accuracy.
- add syntax rules for mysql window function.
- enhance the highlight definition.
