patch 8.0.1110: FORTIFY_SOURCE from Perl causes problemsv8.0.1110
Problem: FORTIFY_SOURCE from Perl causes problems. (Scott Baker)
Solution: Filter out the flag. (Christian Brabandt, closes #2068)
