patch 9.1.0157: Duplicate assignment in f_getregion()v9.1.0157
Problem: Duplicate assignment in f_getregion().
Solution: Remove the duplicate assignment. Also improve getregion()
docs wording and fix an unrelated typo (zeertzjq)
