patch 8.0.0634: cannot easily get to the last quickfix listv8.0.0634
Problem: Cannot easily get to the last quickfix list.
Solution: Add "$" as a value for the "nr" argument of getqflist() and
setqflist(). (Yegappan Lakshmanan)
