Top level learn changes (#14503)

* fix link in introduction
remove why-netdata pages, they're included in the intro and have no traffic.

* Make docs/configure/nodes.md the "Setup" category page

* Correct title of security doc

* Enrich landing page for installation

* Merge infrastructure monitoring quickstart with cloud intro
