Merge series "Add pca9450 driver" from Robin Gong <yibin.gong@nxp.com>:

Add pca9450 driver for i.mx8mn-evk board. PCA9450A/B/C supported now.

  1. rebase with the latest code to use linear_ranges helper instead.
