dt-bindings: phy: Add Amlogic G12A USB3+PCIE Combo PHY Bindings
Add the Amlogic G12A Family USB3 + PCIE Combo PHY Bindings.
This PHY can provide exclusively USB3 or PCIE support on shared I/Os.
