Merge tag 'arc-5.11-rc3' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/vgupta/arc
Pull ARC updates from Vineet Gupta:
"Things are quieter on upstreaming front as we are mostly focusing on
ARCv3/ARC64 port.
