dt-bindings: Explicitly allow additional properties in board/SoC schemas
In order to add meta-schema checks for additional/unevaluatedProperties
being present, all schema need to make this explicit. As the top-level
board/SoC schemas always have additional properties, add
'additionalProperties: true'.
