Simplify Address by removing source information

Previously `Address` contained a linked list of plugin names the message
had went through. This had two problems:

- Unclear whose job it was to keep this list in sync
- Muddled the waters between origin/destination

Given that this use-case grew out of an earlier iteration of the API
this merely cuts back on it (potentially only temporarily) so as not to
introduce dead-on-arrival API parts.
