openpgp: Implement FromStr for some types.

  - This implements std::str::FromStr for types that have
    string-representations and are reasonably likely to be encountered
    by downstream users, e.g. fingerprints or messages.  This allows
    us to do `"xxx".parse()?`.

  - Fixes #320.
