openpgp: Remove convenience methods that don't improve convenience
- Remove `ValidAmalgamation::cert_revoked` and
`ValidAmalgamation::cert_alive`, which don't offer any convenience
over `ValidAmalgamation::cert().revoked()` and
`ValidAmalgamation::cert().alive()`.
