This change applies the recommendation of the Linux Documentation Project to the documentation files of OpenSSL. Additionally, util/find-doc-nits was updated accordingly. OpenSSL uses some POD directives masquerading as 'comment' ('=for comment' etc). This is abusive and confusing.
