This allows for passing a NULL pointer with zero max_len.
Invoking memcpy on NULL is undefined behaviour, even if the size is zero.

The function can now be queried for the necessary buffer length.

Deprecate the function ASN1_STRING_data() and replace with a new function
ASN1_STRING_get0_data() which returns a constant pointer. Update library

This was done by the following

where /tmp/pl is the following three-line script:
print unless $. == 1 && m@/\* .*\.[ch] \*/@;
close ARGV if eof; # Close file to reset $.
And then some hand-editing of other files.

There are header files in crypto/ that are used by a number of crypto/
submodules. Move those to crypto/include/internal and adapt the
affected source code and Makefiles.
The header files that got moved are:
crypto/cryptolib.h
crypto/md32_common.h

Start ensuring all OpenSSL "free" routines allow NULL, and remove
any if check before calling them.
This gets ASN1_OBJECT_free and ASN1_STRING_free.
