Add a BIO_ADDR_clear function
Adds a new function BIO_ADDR_clear to reset a BIO_ADDR back to an unitialised state, and to set the family to AF_UNSPEC. Reviewed-by: Viktor Dukhovni <viktor@openssl.org>
