- Created contrib/ subdirectory. Included helpers from Phil Hands'
Debian package, README file and chroot patch from Ricardo Cerqueira
<rmcc@clix.pt>
- Moved gnome-ssh-askpass.c to contrib directory and reomved config
option.
- Slight cleanup to doc files
