make coverity-scan.sh usable by hand (#6747)
* make coverity-scan.sh usable by hand * updated debug variable and docs * merge coverity-scan.sh and coverity-install.sh -- MERGING AND TAKING OVER FURTHER IMPROVEMENTS as agreed --
