* first draft on role based acccess docs

* first iteration with complete table

* some fixes after local run

* fixed the topic type to Concetps

* review with suggestion from the notes on the release notes and comment after previous merge

* removed detailing word from sentence introducing permission tables

Outside of the scope of this PR, I cherry-pick a typo that makes docusaurus break during build time.
