This small patch:
* catches a possible null-pointer dereference in mx_close_mailbox when
logging out of the server.
* fixes IMAP tab-completion cosmetics (slightly broken with last
Cyrus-compatibility updates)
* adds a bit to the IMAP part of the manual.
