Fix mysterious FlangerEffect segfault.
I can't figure out why this is happening right now. Other effects like the
FilterEffect follow the same GroupState pattern yet this one segfaults on enable
with invalid memory accesses in QMap after a QMap::detach(). I suspect memory
corruption but don't have time to valgrind right now.
