2012-01-03mfd/db8500-prcmu: remove support for early silicon revisionsLinus Walleij
The DB8500 ED (Early Drop) and V1 are only available inside of ST-Ericsson or partners, we have actively replaced and scrapped these prototypes. All Nova products on the open market (such as the Snowball board) are based on V2 and later ASIC variants. So let us focus on supporting the silicon that will be used and delete this to get a clear overview. 2011-12-20mfd: Use request_threaded_irq for twl4030-irq instead of irq_set_chained_handlerNeilBrown
irq_set_chained_handler sets 'desc->handle_irq'. However this irq is called by handle_nested_irq from handle_twl4030_pih, and that uses action->thread_fn. So the handled set with irq_set_chained_handler is never called. So change to use request_threaded_irq instead - that sets the correct field. Tested on GTA04 Phoenux. 2011-12-20mfd: Base interrupt for twl4030-irq must be one-shotNeilBrown
As the interrupt source is only cleared by the threaded interrupt service routine, we need to make the base interrupt IRQF_ONESHOT. 2011-12-16MFD: OMAP: USB: Runtime PM supportKeshava Munegowda

2011-12-13mfd: Initialise WM8994 register cache after reading chip ID registersMark Brown
The different devices handled by the WM8994 can be distinguished using their ID registers so we don't need to rely on the user having registered the device correctly. Instead do the initial regmap setup with a minimal configuration only supporting physical I/O and then configure the cache once we have identified the device. 2011-12-13mfd: Enable register cache for wm8994 devicesMark Brown

2011-12-13mfd: Add wm8994 register access and default informationMark Brown
Describe the register map to the regmap core so that we can use its diagnostic features and cache support. This is split out from the patch using it due to the size so that the actual code change is a bit clearer. As the various devices are supersets of each other the access maps are built up by layering the functions on top of each other, though the interface for specifying the register defaults isn't currently amenable to this. 2011-11-21freezer: don't unnecessarily set PF_NOFREEZE explicitlyTejun Heo
Some drivers set PF_NOFREEZE in their kthread functions which is completely unnecessary and racy - some part of freezer code doesn't consider cases where PF_NOFREEZE is set asynchronous to freezer operations.
