astyle: Add `--pad-header` option
Insert space padding between a header (e.g. 'if', 'for', 'while'...) and the
following paren. ex:
if(isFoo((a+2), b))
bar(a, b);
becomes:
if (isFoo((a+2), b))
bar(a, b);
